Electric Penis?
An unfortunate 53 year old man stuck an electrical wire into his penis and ended up in a medical journal. He did not have a psychiatric problem (because there was no psychiatrist in the hospital?)
The two ends of the wire protruding from the urethra can be seen in the x-ray.
