Drink Red Wine and Live Longer
What are the health benefits of a little bit of red wine?
A 40 year study (between 1960 and 2000) has shown that middle aged men (born between 1900 and 1920) who drink half a glass of red wine per day will live 5 years longer than teetotalers. There was less cerebrovascular, total cardiovascular and all-cause mortality in the alcohol drinkers.
Critics claim that death from all causes will be 100% in the alcohol drinkers if the study is continued until the year 2020.
